What do you think about sculpture cakes? I definitely think they look very realistic and great. But when it comes to eating that cake, I don't have such positive thoughts. Because, first of all, how can I spoil such a masterfully crafted work? I would feel guilty if I broke it.
Another issue is that a lot of cream, sugar paste and gelatin is used to make such cakes. Eating them doesn't suit my taste, either.
